St. Andrew’s Thursday night “Dinner Church” worship service
This style of worship is casual, where all are welcomed just as they are. When you come into the ministry center you’ll be warmly greeted and invited to sit down around any table you’d like. For those with children please know children are welcomed, as they are part of the family! There is a nursery for parents who have little ones, and there are special tables set up for children with crafts and snacks to keep them happy as we worship, along with an adult presence to make sure everything is okay.
There is simple music to begin our time together and then a brief message that is specifically geared toward those who want to learn more about Jesus as we focus on the gospel of Mark and hear how Jesus’ ancient message can change our lives for the better today. Then we will eat together around the same tables we are already sitting at.
In an hour we will sing, hear about Jesus, pray, and eat together. It is very similar to the way the first church did things. It is dinner church, and it will connect you to God and to people... it is Connections. Connections starts at 6pm in the Ministry Center of St. Andrew and ends by 7pm. Be a part of a whole world, a world connected to God and others.
Nursery care for infants and toddlers, up to 3 years old, is available and provided by our CPR and CAPP trained staff during Sunday morning services.
Pagers for parents/guardians are available to allow the nursery attendants to contact you in case of an emergency or other critical needs.
